Membership Card.

Your PSval Membership Card is a privilege card entitling you to savings at participating merchants. Please present your membership card prior to purchase to receive your discount. When dining, present your membership card to your server when ordering your meal. Merchants have the right not to honor the discount after the bill has been totaled (No retro-active discounts.)
Your PSval membership cards is your private property for your exclusive, personal use only. Merchants may request to see your ID.
Simply present your membership card to the merchant. Discounts apply only to goods and services specified in the web directory. Though not required, a printed copy of the discount from the webpage may be helpful to the merchants.

Dining Out.

When two or more people dine together, the following rules apply:

·       There will be one bill for the table, no separate checks are allowed.

·       In all cases, please present your membership card up front when seated.

·       Alcohol is not included in the dining out discounts. The discount applies only to food, unless otherwise specified.

·       2-for-1 dinning offers apply to the lower priced meal or entrée item.

·       50% off Dining offers apply to 50% off entrée of lesser value.

·       Entrée means the main course only. Other items are not included with it.

 ·       Discount is limited to one card per group or family up to six people.

·       HOLIDAYS. All major holidays (including Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day, etc.) are excluded unless explicitly stated by the business.  

Tipping.

Tips for restaurant service should equal 15% to 20% of the total food check before the applicable discount. Please remember that restaurant personnel rely on service tips for a large portion of their income.
Non-Liability.

PSval, its principles, agents or employees, hereto after collectively referred to as “PSval,” will not be responsible if any merchant breaches its contract or refuses to honor the terms of any benefit. PSval, however, will attempt to secure such compliance. PSval will not be responsible in the event of acts of God, fire, casualties, strike or other events beyond its control. PSval shall have no liability to any member as a seller of any products or services, including, without limitation, any liability for those goods and services supplied by participating businesses. PSval is not responsible for the claims of any advertisers, and shall be held harmless by members from the acts or omissions of any participating business or  for printing errors or omissions.. PSval’s liability in all events to a member is limited to the amount paid for the membership.

Availability of Discounts.

All discounts for goods and services are subject to their availability by the participating businesses. PSval reserves the right to eliminate participating business and benefits may change without notice. PSval is not responsible because of the closure of a business or the discontinuance of merchant’s association with PSval. PSval membership may not be used with other promotions, sales, discounts, or coupons offered by the merchant.
